Need a wake up call!
Well I fell off the wagon and boy does it hurt when I step on the scale! Im not losing at all!!! I have a really bad habit of doing really well all week and then crashing on the weekend. My honey and I went to a party the other day and we had such a good time…no kids, no curfew. It was lovely..we didnt get home until 3 am. We felt like we were dating again, it was fantastic! Ok…can yall tell we never go out??? Well yeah, Ive been beating myself up but Im just going to just continue on …not start over. I really need to try on some wedding dresses…maybe that will give me a wake up call? Any way, just wanted to check in and say hi to all my buddies…good night!
I am glad you got out and had some fun. That is a hard thing to do when you have kids. Yes, go try on wedding dresses. That might help motivate you to do well on the weekends too! I know you can get back to it! YOu want to be confident in that dress, right? OF COURSE! Now, back to it missy….lol
I understand your pain about the weekends. I am in the same boat. In time I have gotten much better. I continue to work out on weekends because if I don’t I will overendulge.
I agree with Tasha, go try on some wedding dresses that may pump up your motivation.

Ok, you had fun. Quit beating yourself up, you know what to do, just stay consistent on the weekends! Let this be a learning tool. You can do it!

Just getting a chance to read my buddies blogs!!!! Yep–weekends are hard but it’s over and done with–you will do better this next weekend! How about this–go try on a wedding dress–take a picture and then go to www.weightview.com I had my team buddies do this and they said it was awesome–it’s a site that takes the b4 pic and them processes it and makes an AFTER picture of you–it’s free and only takes 1 or 2 days to get back. My team members said it was very motivating!!!!!!!!!!!! Just a thought!!!!!!!! Hope you have a great week!!!!!!!!
